The new costumes and tales for DC's heroes are taking front and center stage in the New 52, but these titles would be nothing without creative villains to spice things up. Tons of the classics are back with their own makeovers, but the publisher's revamp is also offering a healthy dose of new villains to challenge the heroes of DC. There are new bad guys soaring around in space, creating chaos on a planetary level and giving the Green Lanterns a run for their money (and lives). Bane broke the Bat, but the Owl is going to slice him to pieces. This hitman from Gotham's mysterious Court of Owls possess Bullseye's lethal accuracy and he has his sights on Bruce Wayne. Batman barely survived the attack, while Talon seemed unfazed after a devastating free fall onto a car. Cover art for future issues shows he'll once again have throwing knives pointed directly at the Dark Knight and we can't wait to see those events unfold. Not only is Batman a must-read title, but it has the best DC New 52 villain.
