Gandalf

There could be no other wizard to end this list. Not only is Gandalf one of the most badass wizards in history, he's also one of the beardiest. When we first meet him as Gandalf the Grey, his wizard beard was a little ungroomed and a little out of control. But when he returns to life after fighting the Balrog, he is transformed into Gandalf the White, and his beard comes along. Even as he wades through battle cutting orcs in twain and casting spells, not a fleck of blood or dirt gets on that beard. It's become so powerful that it can protect itself. Now that's the best wizard beard, ever.
