Pinhead

After becoming disenfranchised with humanity after serving in WWI (and really, who can blame him), Elliot Spencer opens the Lament Configuration and gets to become an immortal lord of Hell where he gets to spend eternity with pins shoved in his head while he tortures people. Personally, we can think of better ways to spend a decade or two...

Doctor Who

While not technically an immortal—after all, he's getting dangerously close to that 13th and final incarnation—there's always the possibility for the Time Lord to travel back (or forward) to an unfortunate event.

The Endless

The Endless—consisting of Dream (a.k.a. The Sandman), Death, Destiny, Desire, Destruction, Despair and Delirium—have existed since the beginning of time and are some of the most powerful beings in the universe, despite being one of the more...dysfunctional families in comics.

The Undertaker

The Undertaker's whole shtick is that he's undead and immortal in a certain sense, but considering how well he's held up over the years and countless beatings he's taken --and somehow continues to take -- as compared to other pro wrestlers who have come and gone, there may be a bit of truth to the whole immortality thing he plays up in the ring. Seriously, dude's 46-years-old, has been battling within the squared-circle since 1984, is an eight-time WWE Champion, has probably suffered every injury in the book, and still manages to hold his own against the young bucks in the WWE -- whatever The Undertaker is doing, he should bottle and sell it!

The Nameless One

The main playable character in Planescape: Torment, The Nameless One's origin has been lost to time and what little is known is shrouded in secret. but what is known is that -- thanks to a man named Morte -- dude got a raw deal along with his immortality. Basically, every time The Nameless One dies, someone else in the multiverse dies along with him, only to return as a vengeful ghost looking for revenge. And if that wasn't bad enough, each time The Nameless One eats it, he wakes up with a healthy dose of amnesia, making his origin even more cloudy. Sometimes, living forever just ain't worth the hassle.
