Sophitia Alexandra, Grecian warrior and master of the blade, is a force to be reckoned with in the Soul Calibur series. This one makes this list for the ridiculous controversy that spawned from this "lewd" scene from the classic live-action debacle, Night Trap. Female ninjas rule our school. They're quick, efficient, and super-deadly. There's just one thing we don't understand about Taki: how the hell does she move around with those two bombshells riding shotgun on her chest? To be honest we don't really care, but there must be some kind of ninja-magic that supports those behemoths.

We know that we're just asking for trouble by putting the little under-age spitfire Rikku on this list, but we just can't deny her hotness. She's lithe, sassy, and a professional thief to top it all off. Not to mention her ultimate weapon: the Godhand. Oh the puns we could make with that!

Now here's a girl that you could actually take home to Momma. Alyx has it all: brains, good looks, and a stinging personality that can keep the comers at bay. Well, that and her huge robot named Dog--we wouldn't cross that thing for all the ladies on this list.
