Fernandez

Sunsoft's Waku Waku series doesn't take the world of fighting all too seriously, but that's no excuse for Fernandez. As the game's final boss, Fernandez is essentially an enormous black sphere the size of the screen, with a dumb smile, goofy little bat wings and what may be the most annoying voice in fighting game history. Oh, and he's also incredibly cheap, with powerful attacks that strike quickly and are difficult to block.
