What You Can Eat, and What You Can't. The diet won't restrict how much you eat. Two meals per day are allowed under the diet: lunch and dinner. One protein, one veggie, and one food must be included in each meal. As long as you don't consume visible fat, you can grill or broil veal and beef, chicken breasts or fresh white fish, lobster, crab or shrimp. It is not permissible to cook salmon, tuna, herring or dried or picked fish.
