You will need to download the 3 forms below and turn them in 1 week prior to the race date to participate in the Geneva Soap Box Derby race. You must complete a AA form and a racer Profile Form for each racer as well as the Geneva Local form. The Geneva Form is will accomodate more than 1 racer. A copy of your racers birth certificate is required to show proof of age.
