Meetings & Clinics

There are 2 types of meetings, information meetings and building clinics.

Meetings and clinics are designed to help you succeed at building your car, passing inspection, and having a successful race day. Everyone will need to pass a thorough mandatory inspection the week of the race. Any car that does not pass inspection will be required to be repaired before being impounded for the race. It is to your advantage to attend 1 information meeting and 1 construction clinic before you start buiding your car. Trial runs are mandatory and are strongly reccomended to ensure no problems on race day. Meetings and clinics will be held in Geneva at the Race Directors house and will last approximately 1 hour for the information meetings and construction clinics will last for 2 hours. Offical AASBD cars will be on hand. Please send an email or call to arrange a meeting or clinic. A racer and adult must attend together.

6:30am Track set up volunteers and parents
7:45am Racer check in
8:00am Racer weigh in and test run
8:30am Group Photo
8:45am Drivers Meeting
8:55 National Anthem
9:00am Parade & Pre-race Ceremony
9:15am Racing begins. Continues until winner is determined*
12 Noon SuperKids race
12:30pm Championship runs begin 1st - 4th place
1:30pm Final heats of the day
2 :45pm Track teardown
3 :00pm Awards ceremony and banquet dinner.
