Associate the User Defined Field with an Asset Tracking Value

From the Dashboard

1. Go to Settings > PSA Integration > Configure
2. In the Configure Autotask PSA dialog
3. Select the Asset Tracking tab
4. Enable Asset Tracking, if not already in place,
5. From the drop-down select the DeviceID User Defined Field
6. Click Add
7. In the Add Asset Tracking User Defined Field dialog
8. Tick the plus button beside #DEVICE_ID# to create the association
9. Click OK to apply.

Where do you want to go now?

• Take Control / TeamViewer via Autotask LiveLinks

• Add a DeviceID User Defined Field
• Create the LiveLink in Autotask
• Initiate a Take Control / TeamViewer connection via the LiveLink
