This is video of young Journalist Nealz Hanson (AKA GUNS4HIRE) Yes you guessed it, he's into mostly shooting games, (Call Of Duty, Battlefield etc) but also plays mine craft on PC.

In the video he complains to Sony about the hissing / white noise he receives from his headset which makes gameplay and general communication difficult. ( I have since not had any problem with my headset) But I was MORTIFIED as very quickly his demeanour quickly deteriorated to that of a small child as he starts making DEMANDS for Sony to fix the problem or else..
Was this the best way to handle making a complaint?

May seem a bit blunt. But i think we do need new ways to get customer support. The recent disconnection problem with psHome show us that Sony still say silent and pretend nothings wrong. btw, i use the sony headset and never had any problem. But i dont play 1st person shooter either.
