4. One member of the operations team at Bounce Orlando will reach you 48 hours before your event to provide final confirmations. The call will cover your delivery address, point to contact, delivery and pickup windows, equipment reserved and access to designated utilities. This call may also include any special instructions such as gate codes.
Select your favorite big screen stars, such as from "Cars" and "Dora the Explorer", or choose cartoon characters like "Dora the Explorer". Sponge Bob Square pants, Mickey Mouse, and many other characters! Our awesome bouncer rentals feature character-themed bouncers.

Once the unit passes our fitness inspection, our crews fully vacuum and remove any loose debris before wiping down the entirety of the inflatable with SimpleGreen All-Purpose Cleaner. After the equipment has been cleaned and dried, we then sterilize all contact surfaces with SimpleGreen Pro HD3.

Bounce Orlando offers an industry exclusive On Time Guarantee to ensure that your rental is delivered on-time. Simply put, your inflatable will be delivered and setup by the time you tell us your party starts, or your rental is FREE! Some exclusions apply.
Bounce Orlando is fully licensed and insured well beyond the requirements set forth by the State of Florida. This includes General Liability, Worker's Compensation, and Automotive Insurance. Our coverage allows us to lawfully operate in all of Central Florida's public parks, venues, schools, churches and businesses.

Please be aware, the State of Florida DOES NOT regulate or require inflatable companies to carry all of the insurance coverage that we have.
