Bounce Orlando has one of the best cancellation policies in industry. For residential orders, in addition to our standard cancellation policy we offer a 24-hour risk free cancellation policy. After placing your order, you have up 24 hours to cancel it for whatever reason and receive a complete refund. No fees, no questions, 100% refund. Please Note: Large events are exempt from our cancellation and raincheck policies. Management may decide to waive this right. Our coverage allows us to lawfully operate in all of Central Florida's public parks, venues, schools, churches and businesses.
