In addition to our standard cancellation policy, for residential orders, we now offer a 24-hour risk-free cancellation policy, should you need to cancel after you book your order. This means that after you have placed your order, you have up to 24 hours to cancel it for any reason and receive a full refund. No fees, no questions, 100% refund. We also understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel your order beyond our 24-hour cancellation period. At Bounce Orlando, we allow our residential customers the opportunity to cancel at any time and for any reason, so long as our crews have not arrived at your party location. If you choose to cancel, we will refund all payments except the deposit amount, which we will apply to your account as a raincheck that may be used up to one year from the cancellation date.
