User Project Authorization

Projects can be used in the FMRP workbench to group people, PFEPs, tasks, etc. 


To authorize a project for a user group: 


  1. Using the Advanced menu, click System Admin > User Management > User Project Authorization 
  2. Select the User Group from the Select User drop down list. 
  3. All existing authorizations are currently visible in the Existing Authorizations table on the left. 
  4. Search for the project to authorize from the Potential Authorization table on the right.  
  5. Select each project to authorize
  1. Next, we need to replicate the user group that was just updated.
