New privileges can be added to an existing user group.
When to replicate user groups:
New trading partners have been added.
New plants have been added.
New roles have been added.
New projects have been added.
User defaults have been updated.
New item groups have been added.
Note: User groups do not need to be updated if an existing role (already assigned to the user group) has been updated. This change will implement immediately.
To replicate a user group:
Using the Advanced menu, click System Admin > Users.
Search for the user group.
Select the user group.
Click Replicate User Group to distribute changes to all members of the group.
