The final step to authorizing a user for a new MRP area data is to replicate the User Group permission granted in step 2 to all users in the group.

To authorize all users within a user group for an MRP area:

1. Using the Advanced menu, click System Administration > User Management > User Group
2. Select the User Group from the Select User drop down list.
3. Click Replicate User Group.
4. Repeat above steps for all user groups in the company that require authorization to the MRP area.
