Manually Create a New User ID

To manually create a User ID:


  1. Using the Advanced menu, click System Admin > User Management > Users
  2. Click Add.
  3. Click Select Contact. If the user does not have a contact entry, see Adding a Contact.



  1. Search by Last Name for the user's contact.
  2. Click Select.

  3. Enter the User ID.
  4. Enter the temporary Password.
  1. Next, add the user ID to a user group.
