Manually Create a New User ID
To manually create a User ID:
Using the
Advanced
menu, click
System Admin > User Management > Users
Click
Add
.
Click
Select Contact
. If the user does not have a contact entry, see
Adding a Contact
.
Search by Last Name
for the user's contact.
Click
Select
.
Enter the
User ID
.
Enter the temporary
Password
.
A message will display once the user ID is created:

Next,
add the user ID to a user group.
