Adding a user ID to a user group, provides the user with all the roles, permissions and data access of the group. If you have not set up any user groups, please see Setting Up a User Group.
To add a user ID to a user group:
Search for the user ID in the Users List.
Click Add to Group.
Select the user group.
Click Add to Group.
The user is now assigned to a user group.
The user will receive all rights and privileges of the user group.
