Trading Partner Contacts

For each trading partner, a list is maintained of employee and non-employees who can be contacted regarding the trading partner. At a minimum, a primary and a secondary contact should be listed. 


A trading partner contact can be added:


  1. Automatically when a user ID is confirmed as a trading partner employee during user ID creation.   
  2. Using the Trading Partner Contact session.  See Adding a Trading Partner Contact (use only if the contact does not have a user ID).
  3. During trading partner authorization to a user ID that is not an employee.  See Adding Trading Partner Contact to a User ID (recommended).
