After the System Admin ID has been granted authorization to a MRP area,  all other user groups in the system will see the same MRP area as a potential authorization.

To authorize an user group for a MRP area:

1. Using the Advanced menu, click System Administration > User Management > User MRP Area Authorization
2. Select the User Group from the Select User drop down list.
3. Select the MRP area to be authorized from the Potential Authorization list on the right.
4. Click the Add All Selected link.
5. Repeat Step 2 for all User Groups in the company that require authorization to the MRP area data.
