In the below example, the data from two MRP areas have been brought into the system via an import program.   In order for users to see the data regarding these two MRP areas the first step is to give authorization to the System Admin ID.

To authorize the system Admin ID:

1. Using the Advanced menu, click System Administration > User Management > User MRP Area Authorization
2. Select the System Admin ID from the Select User drop down list.
3. Select the MRP area to be authorized from the Potential Authorization list on the right.
4. Click the Add All Selected link.
