User MRP Area Authorization is necessary to permit users to see data from a new trading partner that has been imported into the system.   By granting User MRP authorization, a user or user group will automatically be granted authorization to trading partner and plant data for that MRP area.

The following process needs to occur.

1. Grant authorization to the System Admin User ID.
2. Grant authorization to the User Groups that need to see the data of the new MRP area.
3. Replicate the User Group permission to all users in the group.
