Modbus TCP
While setting the Clean Power VFD with the mobile App, the Modbus communication can be disable by the user ( or enable if previously disable)
This allow forbidding the remote control of the VFD while somebody uses it locally.
The communication speed selection is Automatic.
The Mac Address is written on the product label.
The Modbus application layer is standard.
Mode: DHCP only.
The profile can be selected by user between CIA402 and SmartD.
Parameters, Addresses and Format⚓
The Clean Power VFD is seen by other clients/servers as a table of parameters.
This table can be download as an Excel file, from SmartD web site, in the page resources, section products. https://smartd.tech/technology/resources
Registers MCx - Motor Control⚓
The registers MCx are dedicated to Motor Control
The command register MCC can be used to change the Clean Power VFD status from "Ready to run" into running.
The command register MCD can be used to run the motor in the forward or reverse direction.
The command register MCS can be used to read the motor status.
Register SYSx - System State⚓
The registers SYSx are dedicated to the the System Sate
The command register SYS can be used to read the system state
The command register SYSR can be used to reset the system after a lockout.
Registers ALxy - Alarms⚓
The registers ALxy are dedicated to alarms.
The alarm registers ALCR, ALMA, ALME, and ALMI can be used to read the status of alarms in the various categories (Critical, Major, Medium, Minor).
