Howdidyouget inshape
for
Ant-Man?
I took to the trainingpretty
rigorously. Imadefitness,
nutritionand training the
focusofmyday. Iwouldeat
very specific foodsat very
specific times. Iworkedon
weightswitha trainer, and
didcardioonmyown. I also
workedwithagymnast to
learn tumbling, flipsand that
kindof thing.
I enjoyed the routineof it,
but it alsohelpedme feel the
part a lotmore. I felt a lot less
likean impostor. Iwouldn’t
have felt comfortable in that
suit, playing thispart, if I
didn’t feel like Iwas in shape.
As soonas I startedwaking
upat about 6.30 in the
morningand feelinggreat, it
made it a lot easier. Starting
offwasa little tough, but
once I got in thegroove I
liked it.

Yeah, asmuchas I can.What I
wasdoing for about ayear and
ahalf isprobably impossible to
sustain for life, but I have tried to
stickwith it asmuchaspossible. I
still trainandworkwitha trainer; I
still try toeat right.Occasionally
Iwill still havea single-malt
