each of our planes
is very special to us,
obviously, but some look more special
than others. These are the craft that have
been chosen to don livery representing
something important, whether that be a
new destination, charitable appeal or a
staff member who’s gone over and above.
You don’t have to be a plane-spotter to
wonder what the stories are behind these
unusual ‘plane clothes’, which is why we’ve
taken the time to explain a little more.
So, the next time you fly, check to see if
it’s one of our special ones – you never
know, maybe you can collect the whole set.

NAMED FOR DESTINATIONS
Some of our planes get new cladding after the launch
of new routes...
This March saw our first flights from Gatwick to
Moscow, inspiring a themed plane, complete with depiction
of St Basil’s Cathedral. Also launching that month, Linate-
Fiumicino route got its own commemorative plane too.
