A pukkake is a situation where a group of men or women surround a single receiver (male or female) and proceed to puke (vomit) on the receiver together. Results may vary, but it is reported to be best done exactly simultaneously on queue, or rhythmically timed in a sequence (1, 2, 3, 4) where the following puker starts upon or shortly after the previous puker; if the following puker starts shortly after the prior, then it is best to make sure that the timing is right.
