B R O N C O S Adrian Ferguson Asst. AD for Media Relations Game Operations ™ Manager 6th Year • Livingstone, 1996 Adrian Ferguson - a native of Danville, Virginia - graduated cum laude from Livingstone College in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Information Systems and a minor in Business Administration. During his fi nal academic year at Livingstone, Ferguson also served as the full-time Sports Information Director and assistant track coach. After receiving his degree, he continued to work for Livingstone for two years in the same capacities. Ferguson joined the staff at Winston-Salem State University as Assistant Director of Athletics for Sports Information. He covered the Rams through fi ve CIAA championships -- two titles for football, two for men’s basketball and one for women’s softball. In 2001, he rejoined the staff at Livingstone as the Sports Information Director and assistant coach. He developed the current athletic logo and created numerous highlight and promotional videos for the department. In 2004, Ferguson took over the track & fi eld program which consists of cross country, indoor and outdoor track & fi eld. The cross country team fi nished third at the 2004 and 2005 CIAA Championships. During his reign as coach, Ferguson produced a NCAA DII Cross Country All-American and two qualifi ers for the NCAA Indoor Track & Field National Championships. In the CIAA, Livingstone had seven CIAA individual champions and 27 All-CIAA performers. After seven straight years as the Sports Information Director at Livingstone College, Ferguson joined the Fayetteville State University staff in January 2008. Ferguson has since added many new features to the department, including a quarterly athletic newsletter named Stampede and live video streams of various home games and interviews online. He has served as president of the CIAA Sports Information Directors Association and has been a member of the CIAA Track & Field Coaches Association. He is a two-time recipient of the John Holley 2002-03 CIAA Sports Information Director of the Year Award. Ferguson is married to the former Denice Brown and has three children, Traevin, Taelor and Jordan. Kevin Wilson Asst. AD for Development & Marketing ™ 2nd Year • Duke, 2006 Kevin Wilson, a native of Riverdale, GA, is responsible for overseeing all of athletics development and marketing initiatives. Prior to his arrival at FSU, Wilson served as the Assistant Director for Development at North Carolina Central University (NCCU). In his role, he was responsible for assisting primarily with the day-to-day operation of the Eagle Club. During that time, Wilson helped grow the membership to over 400 members; which resulted to over half a million dollars donated towards student-athlete scholarships. Wilson also secured the fi rst Athletics Endowment since NCCU’s successful transition to Division-I and established several corporate partnerships. He also collaborated with all NCCU athletic programs, including the E-Varsity Club to cultivate student-athletes, alumni, parents, and friends in addition to maintaining the offi cial NCCU Eagle Club website. He was named a Virginia Carter Scholarship Award winner by the Council for the Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) in 2011 and a NAADD Diversity Award recipient in 2012. Prior to joining the NCCU Development staff, Wilson earned his Master’s in Athletics Administration while serving as the Director of Basketball Operations for the NCCU Men’s Basketball team. Prior to his professional career, Wilson attended Duke University where he was a 3-year letterman in football. He graduated in 2006 after completing a major in Philosophy and minor in African American studies. After graduation, he gained legal experience in the public and private sectors serving as a legal assistant intern with both the Durham and Alamance District Attorney’s Offi ces. Kevin Wilson is an active member in several professional organizations including the American Football Coaches Association, Black Coaches and Administrators, CASE, the Guyana Association of Georgia, and the National Association of Athletics Development Directors. He is a proud alumnus of the NCAA Minority Leadership Institute (2011) and proudly serves as the NAADD Conference Representative for the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Conference and the Peach Belt Conference.
