Scheduling
Expect a call between 4–6pm two days before your shoot. Shoots scheduled for Monday will be confirmed the prior Friday.
Confirmation is required by 3pm the day before your shoot.

Yes, via the order form with an additional cost. Long trips or scheduling delays may also incur drive fees.
At least one hour before your scheduled shoot time — we shoot the house as-is on arrival.

The Shoot
Yes, request specific shots before the shoot. We avoid unfinished spaces unless requested, as these may harm marketing campaigns.
Yes, but shooting everything is recommended. Digital film is cheap — capturing extras gives you more to work with.
No staging is performed. We only handle lights and blinds.
Up to 40 on average. The photographer shoots until the property is fully covered.
Delivery & Photos
Guaranteed within 24 hours. Most orders are delivered within 12 hours. 3D content may take longer.
Use your discretion based on your marketing knowledge. We recommend a minimum of 25–35 photos for listings.
The photographer retains ownership. The client receives a marketing license. See Terms of Service for complete details.
Refunds are unavailable, but edits are possible depending on your package. Requires specific feedback such as "brighten Kitchen photo 3" rather than vague requests like "make them better."
Yes, if the room falls within the standard Terms of Service scope. Unfinished spaces must be requested before the shoot.
Handled case-by-case. Contact us if a reshoot is warranted. Edits are available for Standard and Premium orders.
Pricing & Policies
No typical fees for properties in Schenectady, Albany, Troy, Saratoga Springs, and nearby areas. Weekend shoots may incur fees. Budget is 30 minutes round trip; additional $10 per 15 minutes thereafter.
A fee applies only within 24 hours of your shoot — approximately half the ordered package cost. See Terms of Service for full details.

Drone & Weather
No. FAA guidelines apply to all drone operations. Check B4UFLY or contact us beforehand. A Google Earth neighborhood view is available as an alternative for no-fly zones.
It will be rescheduled for the next available day at no charge.
Weather scheduling is unavailable. Request an alternative date from your photographer if conditions are unacceptable.
