RENEE PURTEE ("Sissy Hickey"/ Costume Designer) is gracing TOC's stage for the second time, following up her Mary Jane Teall award-winning performance as "Mildred" in Happy Birthday, Wanda June. Since her immigration from Lawrence a while back, Renee has also appeared as "Gertrude" in The Underpants, "Leticia Blacklock" in A Murder Is Announced, and "Hippolyta" in A Midsummer Night's Dream (all for Derby Community Theatre), as well as playing "Margot Wendice" in Dial "M" For Murder at Wichita Community Theatre. Renee also designed costumes for Dial "M", as well as at the Kansas City Renaissance Festival. |
