In March of 2016, we signed our first revenue-sharing agreement with Heliopolis Housing, effectively giving SODIC access to 2.7 million square meters of land in New Heliopolis, one of the most up-and-coming locations in East Cairo. Our outlook for expansion across new revenue streams is bolstered by our solid track record of delivering on our commitments, which has positioned us as one of the most reputable real estate developers in Egypt with strong brand equity.
