We still don't have much to go on with regards to Torchwood: Miracle Day, love or hate the Americanized upcoming adventures of Captain Jack Harkness, but I can tell you what we do have!

How about some Eliza Dushku?!  Maybe (but probably).

Former Buffy, Battlestar Galactica and current Torchwood: Miracle Day writer Jane Espenson has been blatantly coy with her twitter lately, using all the subtlety of an elephant to slyly anounce (imply) that Eliza Dushku will take a role in her coming Torchwood: Miracle Day spin-off, titled Torchwood: Web of Lies!

Having previously worked with Dushku on Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Dollhouse and Tru Calling, the prolific author not-so-subtly announced the Torchwood web spin-off, casually asserting that "we have faith" in the new series, and that "it's tru, there's an echo of my past work in Torchwood: Web of Lies."

Faith, of course, was Dushku's character in Buffy, with Tru and Echo rounding out the character names of her roles in Tru Calling and Dollhouse, respectively.  See for yourself:

SUBTLETY!
