Cursed Fox drama Drive has been whacked yet again by the vindictive, trigger-happy network. The show, which starred Nathan Filian as one of a dozen or so participants in a deadly cross-country race, has been pulled for the third time. After being cancelled after just two episodes, the few remainaing shows already filmed were originally scheduled to air July 4. They were abruptly pre-empted, however, ad rescheduled for this Friday, July 13th. Now they have been yanked again, with no air dates announced.
I'm not sure what television gods Filian angered, but he should appease them, as his luck in television has been poor at best. Nuking a show after only two episodes, especially one with the kickass premise of a deadly cross country race, is a bit extreme on the part of any network, even Fox. Somehow they've seen fit to air entire seasons of The Littlest Groom and On The Lot, but they can't give Drive an extra week?
Whatever, man. Whatever.
