Contestants on a reality television show called The Apocalypse: Ultimate Survivalist (hosted by Henry Rollins) find their "reality" is a lot like a horror movie when the inbred mountain men return for more madness and mayhem. Gorgeous scream queen Erica Leerhsen alternately scowls and freaks out (and looks great doing both), but it is Rollins who steals the show as the somewhat perplexed military man who decides to take on the cannibals single-handedly. One of the extra features on the DVD is titled "More Blood, More Guts" - that about says it all.
