Nick Hume was once an insurance agent enjoying a happy, comfortable middle-class life with his beautiful wife and two sons. Then one brutal, horrible day, he discovered fate had something else in mind for him. The promising future of his eldest son, Brendan, is cut short when his throat is cut by a thug looking to be initiated into a street gang.
