Dr. Arthur Hail runs a rehabilitation camp for "troubled" children called ASAP - Advanced Serenity Achievement Program. Also known as "Camp Serenity," the facility is located on a remote island in Fiji. Dr. Hail equips each "camper" with an electronic ankle cuff that alerts security of any escape attempt and categorizes his wards with color-coded T-shirts: black for when you first enter the camp, yellow for when you're halfway through the program and finally white when you're completely "cured" - those with white shirts end up being staff members who monitor and abuse the campers. Dr. Hail forces the campers to perform extreme manual labor under harsh conditions - while his intentions are noble, Hail's mental imbalance has led to the development of a maniacal God complex. Will the children rise up to stop his reign of terror?
