With Zombieland hitting shelves this week (BEST. MOVIE. EVER.), it's worth it to dig through the graveyard of previous Blu-Ray releases to find even more hi-def zombie horror films!
The obvious inspiration for the "let's hole-up in a mall when the zombies are attacking" game Dead Rising, the original film filled the Monroeville Mall with the undead and blew audiences' minds. A dynamite script overcame limited make-up and special effects to make a zombie classic. $12.99
The third in the original Dead trilogy, Romero's look at the military response to the zombie epidemic shows a more introspective side to the nightmare as a scientist tries to come up with a cure for a semi-friendly zombie named Bub. The Blu-ray disc has audio and running "fast fact" commentaries. $12.99
Give zombie innovator George Romero a big Hollywood budget and watch him go to town! In Land of the Dead, humans living in a world overrun by zombies finally fight the epic-scale battle this series demanded. Pick up the extended director's cut on Blu-ray for scenes that didn't make it to theaters. $13.49
