Robomower is a Deadly Roomba for Your Lawn

Mowing the lawn is rough, man. There's the sun exposure (I like to keep my skin a gamer porcelain), the allergens, and the manual labor.

What about a robot to do it for you? The Robomower, new at ThinkGeek, departs from its base on scheduled days and times, trims your entire lawn, and returns to its docking station.

Allowing a robot with spinning blades free range would take some getting used to, but I'd take the risk in order to avoid any physical work. The Robomower comes in two models: $2000 for smaller lawns, and $3000 for bigger lawns. By bigger lawns, they mean 5,000-6,600 square feet, so unless you live in a palace, you'll probably be fine with the cheapo version.

The Robomower knows to stay in your lawn thanks to a wire perimeter you set up. If you see your neighbor with one of these things, don't pull up the wire despite the awesome prank potential. I really don't want to encounter one of these running wild on the streets.
