What wakes you up in the morning? Your cell phone's En Vogue ring tone alarm? The smell of your mom cooking bacon, which she will then arrange, with the help of eggs, into a smiley face (jealous)?
If you're like me, it's close to nothing. Trying to get up in the morning is a Herculean challenge, whether I've had two hours of sleep or twelve. The bed...it's just so soft and snuggly, like a cuddle burrito.
This Money Shredding Alarm Clock might prove to be the exception to my morning ritual of hitting the snooze button for forty-five minutes. You see, the more time that passes between your scheduled wake-up and your actual wake-up, the further the clock shreds your precious dollar bills.
Unfortunately, should this alarm clock from AcidCow ever be put into production, it would probably be pretty easy to trick. Taking the money out and feeding it my top sheet would probably get me another hour, and that's a sacrifice I'm willing to make to finish my dream about not being able to graduate from college until I go back to elementary school and finish up a math class I somehow completely missed.
Money-Shredding Alarm Clock: Beats the Ol' Indian Alarm Clock
Could this alarm clock triumph where so many others have failed and actually wake us up on time in the morning?
