A comic book franchise trying its luck in another form of media is something we see practically every other day. Some do the original content justice (The Walking Dead, Batman: Arkham City) while others are a complete waste of a budget (X-Men Origins: Wolverine, Batman & Robin). It should come as no surprise Halo takes the number one spot. The definitive sci-fi shooter by Bungie opened our eyes to a gorgeous intergalactic war and over the past few years have generated more and more comics. Want to finally see John 117's face? In the comics you'll get to see that and his entire origin story. But if you’re part of the minority that doesn’t admire Master Chief, there have been plenty of other volumes following the ODSTs and other Spartans. The Halo-verse claims the title of best licensed comic book!
