Veteran boogie rockers George Thorogood & the Destroyers will be issuing their 15th studio album overall on July 12th via Capitol/EMI, as a CD, vinyl LP, and digital download.
And it turns out that the album will be a mixture of brand new, original compositions mixed in with classics by such blues greats as Willie Dixon, Muddy Waters, Bo Diddley, Chuck Berry, Howlin' Wolf, Buddy Guy, Sonny Boy Williamson, and Little Walter.
As previously reported, Mr. Thorogood will be joining forces with ZZ Top and other classic rockers as part of the Rock Legends Cruise on December 1st. Additionally, Thorogood and co. will be touring steadily from the summer throughout the year.
