One of the best ways to ensure that a fight scene is truly one for the ages is to make it the last battle between life-long enemies. So it's only fitting that we close this list with the last conflict between Optimus Prime and Megatron in Transformers: The Movie. Prime knew that he had to end Megatron's menace once and for all, but guess what. This is a battle that the bad guys win. Due to the accidental interference of Hot Rod, Megatron got a clear shot at Prime's chestplate and took it, consigning the Autobot leader to the junkheap. It was both shocking and brutal, and deserves to top this list.
