Hey Look, It's Sam Raimi's Car!

Some directors have a trademark shot.  Others put their stamp on a movie with a brief cameo.  Sam Raimi makes sure his first car, a 1973 Oldsmobile Delta 88 codenamed "The Classic" finds its way into every film.

"The Classic" is best known as the car Ash drives around in The Evil Dead.

I've seen Crimewave twice and I still only know three things about the movie:

1. It's directed by Sam Raimi.
   
2. It's written by the Coen Brothers.
3. 55 minutes in, it features a shot of Sam Raimi's Oldsmobile.

Everything else leaves you scratching your head and wondering what the heck these guys were on.
