| 25 | Never Enough Harley Quinns |
Harley Quinn was originally created for Batman: The Animated Series and is one of the more identifiable lady baddies in comic history. Over the years, her outward appearance has evolved, but the intent is always the same: kill The Batman. At Comic-Con, you can never find enough varient Quinns.

In an alternate universe, Harley Quinn was created along with Batman in the late '30s and was the main villain in Tim Burton's 1989 Batman movie, played by the uncomfortably well-mannered Julie Andrews.

Over-sized hammers: the perfect way to keep creepy Con-goers at an appropriate distance.
