Khajiit

The second of the "beast races" of Tamriel is the feline folk known as the Khajiit. Known for their agility and stealth, the Khajiit are quick and silent. They have the highest bonus to the stealth skill of all the races and, using their Night-Eye ability, can see in the dark, allowing them to stalk their prey no matter the circumstances.

Special Abilities:

  • Night-Eye: Vision is unaffected by darkness for 60 seconds
  • Claw Attacks: Melee damage is increased (Passive)

  • +5 One-Handed

Nord

The children of Skyrim, the Nords are known for their resistance to cold and frost, making them unstoppable forces when other races are too cold to move. They excel in two-handed weaponry and they can send enemies running with their Battle Cry ability, which makes targets flee in terror.

Special Abilities:

  • Battle Cry: Target flees from battle for 30 seconds
  • Resist Frost: 50% resistance to frost (Passive)

Orsimer

The Orsimer is the orc-like race hailing from the Dragontail Mountains, an area in the northern part of Hammerfell. The Orsimer race were previously hated by the nations of Tamriel but are slowly becoming more and more accepted. They are a force to be reckoned with on the battlefield and are known for being relentless when on a war path.

Special Abilities:

  • Berserker Rage: Damage taken is halved and damage dealth is doubled for 60 seconds

Redguard

The Redguard hail from Hammerfell and are known to be the most naturally talented warriors of all the races. Although their one-handed skill is unrivaled, they are also adept in archery and blocking, making them skilled with a sword and shield combo up close and dangerously accurate from afar.

Special Abilities:

  • Adrenaline Rush: Stamina is regenerated 10 times faster than normal for 60 seconds
  • Resist Poison: 50% resistance to poison (Passive)

Bosmer

The Bosmer is yet another elf race, and has disregarded the traditions and formalities of their High Elf cousins. Instead, the Bosmer enjoy peaceful life with nature, appreciating their surroundings. Because of this, they are able to use their Command Animal ability to make a forest animal their ally in battle. In addition, they have the highest archery skill, make them the most dangerous race from afar.

Special Abilities:

  • Command Animal: An animal is befriended for 60 seconds
  • Resist Disease and Poison: 50% resistance to disease and poison (Passive)
