When the Quarians request Shepard's help fighting the Geth, Tali walks on board, strutting her stuff in style. If there is a preexisting relationship from ME2, Tali can immediately be called up to the Captain's Quarters for some "catching up." Unfortunately, only male Commander Shepards can take part in the near-death experience known as Quarian love-making.
Later, if you choose Tali's side during the the retaking of Rannoch, she will leave a present in your room. Lo and behold, it's Tali without her mask on! The picture is a stock photo, which can be easily found online, but we'll take anything at this point.
