As much as we love The Miz around these parts, his character in SmackDown vs. Raw 2010 left quite a bit to be desired. With a dismal ranking of 78 and a frustrating moveset, video game Miz certainly didn’t do justice to a United States Champion, Mr. Money in the Bank and future World Champion. Luckily, SmackDown vs. Raw 2011 remedies this vast injustice against The Awesome One.
“I know there was a lot of backlash from The Miz about his stats [last year], but we’ve made sure he’s strong,” said Cory Ledesma, Senior Creative Manager at THQ. “We love The Miz: He’s great on the mic, he’s good in the ring, and he’s a rising star in WWE.”
After playing as The Awesome One in SmackDown vs. Raw 2011, we can verify that he is indeed a force to be reckoned with this year. In addition to an improved Miz, gamers can also look forward to updated versions of their other favorite Superstars.
