Newnan Georgia is just a beautiful town. The older district has some of the prettiest homes I have ever seen. You can park around the town square and walk to several restaurants and really cute shops. Everyone has been super friendly and helpful. I really enjoy walking around downtown Newnan! They have a great mix of eateries, as well as, many nice shops. The square hosts an icecream shop, coffee shops, novelty shops and clothing shops. The Garlic Thai, The Cellar and Knife & Stone are great restaurants! Goldens is a good place to get a meat and three meal. From great places to eat and Drink to unique shops. Our downtown area has a lot to offer. You can play checkers around the Historic courthouse, see some of the places movies have been filmed… Stroll through parks (just off the square)and just have a wonderful time. Always worth a trip if you’re looking for a something different. You can catch a trolley from our Ashley Park Mall area if you don’t feel like dealing with our one way traffic around our square area.
