SAPPHIRE AND DIAMOND EAR PENDANTS
Each earring is a sphere of sapphires in reverse setting with
the pavilions facing outward, to a three-tiered surmount
of diamond-set hemispheres, with a smaller diamond-set
hemisphere below the sapphire sphere, mounted in gold.
