Use the Inventory Change page to record miscellaneous adjustments to inventory that occur because of damage, scrap, or an unplanned receipt that is not associated with a purchase order, RMA, or some other source document.
You can also examine inventory changes automatically generated by Kenandy during any task that moves inventory.
Note: You can't break packages on the Inventory Change page. Go to the Inventory Transfers and Updates page to break packages in tasks such as replenishing bins in your warehouse.
When an inventory change occurs, the quantity balance for the item are adjusted and the appropriate general ledger (GL) entries are created for the transaction. To learn more, see Inventory Accounting.
Refer to the following table for a list other inventory management options:
| Action | Purpose |

| Cycle Count | To record the inventory stock count. |

You can use the Inventory Change page to adjust the quantity of on-hand inventory for a single item. When you record a change, an inventory change transaction, which includes the transfer information, is generated. You can view all inventory change transactions from the list view.
Note: You can use an inventory change to add more items to a partial pallet, up to the pallet's capacity. But you cannot start a new pallet (palletize from scratch). To start a new pallet, use the Inventory Transfers and Updates page.

An inventory transaction with SKID information is created for each item that was changed.
You can use the Mass Inventory page to transfer a large amount of inventory at once. Specify the default location and a reason code in the header to save time and data entry later in the process.
