Bangkok Airways recently held a Customer Satisfaction Survey
lucky draw at the company’s head office. Prote Setsuwan, Bangkok
Airways’ Vice President – Marketing, together with Darunee
Debavalya, Loyalty and Relations Marketing Director, and the rest of
the Bangkok Airways team presided over the draw, which took place
on 20 January. Winners received round-trip Economy Class tickets
between Bangkok and Maldives or Bangkok and Samui. Held twice
a year, the Bangkok Airways Customer Satisfaction Survey obtains
valuable passenger feedback that enables the airline to continue
improving its customer service.
SMALL AND ALLURING,
Chiang Rai is easy to
explore on foot. Visit
its ornate temples and
bustling wet market by
day and when evening
falls, browse its small
but lively night market
for Lanna silverware and
textiles.
THE VERDANT
countryside of Chiang
Sen is just an hour’s
drive from Chiang
Rai. This is where you
can experience the
region’s wilderness and
indigenous culture. Visits
to the excellent Mae Fah
Luang Art & Culture Park
and Hall of Opium are a
must.

THE GOLDEN TRIANGLE
is the name given to the
region that sits at the
confluence of the Mekong
and Ruek rivers, where the
countries of Thailand, Laos
and Myanmar meet. It’s
possible to go on a boat
tour that takes in all three
countries in a day.
